**July 2007 - Superior Foundation, Inc. breaks ground at The Jefferson @ New Jersey Avenue for JPI Construction. The site is a tight, urban location with an excavation of approximately 45 feet from existing grade. Superior's work will consist of Soldier beams, lagging, bracket piles, tiebacks and bracing.

**July 2007 - Superior Foundation, Inc. breaks ground at Square 673 - Phase I for James G. Davis Construction Company. The site is in the rapidly expanding NOMA portion of Washington D.C. where Superior has recently completed work on two other projects one for James G. Davis Construction Company and the other for Tishman Construction.

**Washington Building Congress honors Superior Foundation, Inc. with 2006 Craftsmanship Awards. The awards were presented for the Senate Square/Children's Museum Project in Washington, DC. James G. Davis Construction Company nominated Superior for the award. Individual honorees included Ruben Villatoro, Rolando Maranon, Axel Mazeriegois, Ramon Garcia, Francisco Castillo and Ken Kretsinger.
